FBI Criminal History/fingerprinting**

• The applicant must first register by going to www.identogo.com
• Select “get fingerprinted” at the top of the page
• Choose PA for your state, and follow the prompts. Use code: 1KG6TR
• Follow the prompts to register for fingerprinting.

** If you have resided in Pennsylvania for the last ten years consecutively, you may opt out of fingerprinting by submitting this WAIVER REQUEST.
