Worship at First Presbyterian

Overview Worship at First Presbyterian is a dynamic blend of the old and the new. Worshipers will experience tried and true traditional hymns and newer “contemporary” songs and praise choruses. The order of the worship is traditional, but the content may include dramatic readings, interpretive movements by teens and children, and special presentations for the various seasons of the year. At First Presbyterian, our goal is to provide worship that: Communicates clearly the Good News of God’s love in Jesus Christ, Calls people to respond to God with lives of grateful discipleship, Invites worshipers to participate in praising and glorifying God, Is flexible, always responsive to the movement of God’s Spirit in our midst.      Services    SUNDAY MORNINGS AT FIRST PRESBYTERIAN 8:00 Worship Service 9:10 “Coffee Hour” (refreshments and conversation) in Fellowship Hall 9:30 Sunday School for all ages 10:45 Worship Service Our facility is wheelchair accessible The sanctuary is equipped for the hearing impaired. Adult Sunday Schools (meet 9:30 - 10:30 AM) We offer classes with varied curriculum and teaching styles. All classes welcome participation.
